Depending on how you interact with the website or the practice, information may include contact and identification information; professional context and communication goals; account, program-access and website-interaction information; scheduling, administrative and payment-reference information; communications, session notes, speaking samples, agreed actions and follow-up information; recordings, transcripts or AI-assisted summaries when a specific session workflow uses those functions; and technical information generated through hosting, security, analytics and cookies.

Please do not submit passwords, identification documents, payment-card details, confidential organizational information, health information or other sensitive data through open website fields or the website chat. If sensitive information becomes genuinely necessary for a service, its treatment and any additional authorization required will be addressed separately.

Information may be used to operate, secure and improve the website; respond to inquiries and assess fit; administer client access, scheduling, payments and service communications; deliver agreed resources and services; preserve continuity across sessions and prepare relevant follow-ups; maintain business, consent, suppression and legal records; and comply with applicable obligations and lawful requests.

Promotional communications are sent only through the applicable subscription or permission process. You may unsubscribe through the message or by contacting us.

1. Service providers and AI-assisted tools

Self-Conquest relies on service providers for website hosting and functionality, email, scheduling, video meetings, cloud storage, payments and related administration. Current workflows may involve Wix, Zoom and OpenAI tools, as well as the platform through which a client relationship begins.

When preparing session materials and personalized follow-ups, Karina Carlos may use ChatGPT and Zoom's AI-assisted summary functions to organize and analyze information shared in the professional context. These workflows may include information that identifies an individual before later minimization, anonymization or reduction of identifiers. Processing is therefore not exclusively anonymous from the outset, and the providers of those tools also participate in processing the information under their own terms and privacy practices.

This notice does not assume that the terms of an external platform, by themselves, authorize every separate processing activity. Where additional notice, authorization or choice is required for a particular workflow, it will be addressed separately. While the pending platform review is completed, use of external AI-supported session information should be limited to what is proportionate and necessary for continuity and follow-up.

1. Disclosure and international processing

Personal data is not sold. Information may be processed by service providers acting for website, communications, storage, meeting, payment, security or professional-administration purposes. Because some providers operate internationally, information may be processed outside Mexico subject to the provider's applicable arrangements and any requirements that apply to the specific processing.

Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights or security, or with your instruction or authorization. This section does not eliminate any consent or notice requirement that applies in a particular case.

Self-Conquest services, client accounts and programs are offered exclusively to people aged 18 or older. Public educational material may be read more broadly, but the website is not designed to collect personal data from minors. If an engagement begins through Preply or another external platform, that platform remains responsible for its own processing.
